Taste sensations from around the world at Lower Mill Estate
Spice up your summer with Ballihoo’s exclusive new summer menu at Lower Mill Estate, Cotswolds. Championing fresh, local and sustainable produce, Ballihoo Restaurant and Clubhouse has launched its enticing summer menu. Head chef, Paul Budd, and his dedicated team have curated a menu highlighting exquisite local produce whilst focussing on becoming carbon neutral by 2030.

Expertly combining flavours and textures, the summer menu highlights the produce lovingly grown in our on-site kitchen garden by Bob and his trusty 4-legged sidekick, Amber. Using meat sourced locally from prestigious Jesse Smiths, located just 7 miles away in nearby Cirencester, Kid from Cricklade, just 8 miles away and crayfish caught in our very own lakes, the new menu is sure to excite everyone.

Enjoy the classic tastes of a European summer with Ballihoo’s light and refreshing Italian burrata cheese and heritage tomato salad or charred British mackerel with grilled artichokes and tomato fondue, perfectly paired with a crisp and refreshing white wine; it’s ideal as a lighter bite or starter. Or why not try something different and enjoy some of the dishes reflecting flavours from further around the world?
