Together again... at last!

...

We’re thrilled to be able to welcome guests old and new to our estates and look forward to hosting reunions and long-awaited celebrations over the coming months.

In line with the Government roadmap, from 17th May extra areas of our outdoor and indoor spaces will open up.

How will the rules change for accommodation and facilities?

From 17th May you will be able to go on holiday to Silverlake and Lower Mill Estate with another household, use the yurt at Silverlake and the soft play at Lower Mill.

Can I book a table indoors?

Our Ballihoo Restaurant and Hurricane Terrace will be open, with both indoor and outdoor dining options available.

Our pizza ovens will be serving delicious wood-fired pizzas on both estates throughout the spring and summer.

Can we eat with another household?

You can book a table with up to six people from multiple households, or two households together. Indoors at our Ballihoo restaurant, we will be seating parties larger than 6 on tables adjacent to each other to encourage safe dining in a cosy setting.

From June 21st onwards we will be taking group bookings of larger than six (subject to Government review and our availability).

Can I pre-book facilities and dining for my stay?

Facilities can be booked up to a fortnight before your stay. Early booking is advised to avoid disappointment, especially during peak periods.

What safety measures are in place?

The health and safety of our guests is, as always, our top priority. Therefore, very strict safety standards will be adhered to by our teams. Guests will be kindly requested to wear face coverings in indoor hospitality areas, other than when seated at a table to eat or drink.

The overall experience may still seem a little different than in previous years, but we will be providing the same attention to detail and personal service that you expect from us.

We want to assure you that we’ve put measures in place to keep you and our teams safe so that you can relax and enjoy every aspect of your time with us.
