Visit a wildlife park

The Cotswolds is home to some fantastic wildlife parks which offer lots to do to keep your little ones busy. Some of the popular places include:

Cotswold Farm Park – the home of Adam Henson, known from BBC Countryfile, has plenty to do meaning you can spend the whole day here. From the huge indoor play area in the Adventure Barn to the range of cute animals to see in the Discovery Barn, your little ones will be sure to enjoy their time here.

The Cotswold Wildlife Park – over 160 acres of beautiful parkland make up the wildlife park, and you’ll be able to see a range of species from red pandas to giraffes, and everything in between.

Birdland Park and Gardens – not only can you see bird species from around the world, but your little ones will be able to visit the hatchery and see rare eggs and chicks up close. The Jurassic Journey will also offer kids the chance to learn about their favourite dinosaurs, and even hunt for fossils along the way.

Visit a playground

If your little ones need a place to burn off some energy, there are a range of playgrounds and activity parks across The Cotswolds. One of the most popular in the area is Broadway Activity Park – a 3-acre Activity Park that has been created for kids of all ages to enjoy. The park is divided into 4 specific areas for different age groups, meaning there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
