Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing construction in various phases. On Baxter's Rise, you will be able to see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information. If you require linen for the single sofa bed, please advise us at the time of booking.

Young and old alike will love Acorn house with it’s unique additions; from the hot tub and garden games, to the arcade machine for kids and thoughtful additions for young ones such as black-out blinds in children’s rooms, step stools, bed guards and stair gates.
There is a snug on the ground floor that can be used as a self contained study, or has a fold-out small double sofa bed which we suggest is used by only 1 adult to ensure space and comfort. Please request extra linen for the sofa bed at the time of booking.

Finding your Property
After you pass through the gates into Silverlake follow the road until you see the turning on the right for Baxter's Rise. Once inside the village, follow the road to the right and you will see Shepperd's View 16 lakeside to your left.
