The Skydeck represents the perfect marriage of contemporary architecture, eco-friendly construction and outstanding connectivity with the great outdoors. The ground floor has a large family bathroom, a TV room, utility room with washer and dryer and then opens into a beautiful open plan living, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen area consists of a large island, with seating for 6 people and is fully equipped with a state of the art induction cooker and electric oven. The living room has a cosy wood burning stove and large comfortable sofas. French windows that open onto decking make the entire area feel spacious, and invites the outdoors inside. The decking is equipped with a gas barbeque.
There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk in rain showers, and one bedroom with bunk beds. Each of the double bedrooms have large French doors that open out onto personal balconies. Finally, there is a staircase that leads to the roof terrace, which offers sublime views of Beaumont Lake, and the hills of Dorset.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. All Decked Out (BV28) is located on the row behind the lakeside properties, there is ample parking outside and further visitor parking around the village is available. From the driveway pass the small wooden gate to the rear of the property where you will find the front door and key safe box to the property.
