Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing construction in various phases. On Baxter's Rise and Shepperd's View, you will be able to see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. On the first floor the master bedroom overlooks the lake and benefits from en-suite bathroom. There is a family bathroom and 2 further twin-size bedrooms on this floor.
The large garden with small, decked area has a relaxing hammock, outdoor seating and gas BBQ to enjoy alfresco dining on those warmer days. Indoor log burner, modern finishes and spectacular lakeside views add to the luxury experience this holiday home provides. Downstairs shower room and double bedroom, with a further master suite upstairs overlooking the lake with ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms; there is plenty of space for the family to relax.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery and essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information. If you require linen for the single sofa bed, please advise us at the time of booking.

Finding your Property
After passing through the gates into Silverlake follow the road into the Estate and take the first turning to the right which will lead you into Baxter's Rise. Once inside the village, take the first turning on the left and follow the shoreline until you find Baxter's Rise 12. There is parking available directly next to the property.
