We are thrilled to be able to offer this spectacular property which offers space for a family to connect with the unique addition of a games room on the ground floor.
Comfortably furnished to a high standard with a beautiful log burner for those cold Winter evenings. Bi-fold patio doors from the living area lead on to the rear garden and decking. There is a dining area for six people and a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. This property offers a fantastic games area with bean bags, TV and X-Box with a brilliant variety of games. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The master bedroom accommodates a king-size bed with en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom, a further bunk bed room and family bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult however the top bunk is only suitable for child.
The property has a drive that can accommodate 2-3 cars on the gravel driveway. To the rear of the property is a decked area with picnic bench style seating, a lawned garden which extends to wildlife ponds and the hedgerows beyond.

What’s Included in Your Stay
Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.
In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.
For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.
