Overview
We are thrilled to be able to offer this unique property that encompasses two separate holiday homes linked via a fantastic Games Room in BV02.

 

The perfect property for two families wanting their own space but with the ability to relax and enjoy your time together too. You will also have access to the Hurricane Spa with a rooftop bar, heated swimming pool, gym and sauna. This beautiful home is best suited to a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children owing to the bedroom configuration.  

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset.  Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.  

Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas.  Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

Number 2 Beaumont Village

Comfortably furnished to a high standard with a beautiful log burner for those cold Winter evenings. Bi-fold patio doors from the living area lead on to the decking.

There is a dining area for six people and a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar peninsula.

Games Room.

This property offers a fantastic games area with bean bags, TV and X-Box with a brilliant variety of games.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

The property is linked via the games room to number 3 Beaumont Village

To the first floor, each property has a master bedroom accommodating a king-size bed with en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom, a further bunk bed room and family bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower in each property. The bottom of each bunk bed can accommodate an adult however the top bunk is only suitable for child.

There is parking at the side of each property via gravel driveway. To the rear of the houses there is a decking area with picnic bench style seating, a lawned garden which extends to wildlife ponds and the hedgerows beyond.

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Pets are permitted on the ground floor only of this property. Please advise at the time of booking as additional cost occurs.

Access to the spa and outdoor heated swimming pool included, 2 spa passes will be in the property upon arrival (contact the Spa directly for opening times). 01305 819909

Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.

This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. The house is the second and third house on the left when you enter Beaumont Village. There is a gravel driveway before and after the house which leads to the rear of the property where the key safes are located.
