Overview
We are thrilled to be able to offer this unique property which can be booked with Beaumont Village 2 with inter connecting games room. This home offers space for a family to connect by the lakes.

 

Comfortably furnished to a high standard with a beautiful log burner for those cold Winter evenings. Bi-fold patio doors from the living area lead on to the decking. There is a dining area for six people and a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar peninsula. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

The master bedroom accommodates a king-size bed with en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom, a further bunk bed room and family bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult however the top bunk is only suitable for child.

The property has a drive that can accommodate 2-3 cars on the gravel driveway. To the rear of the property is a decked area with picnic bench style seating, a lawned garden which extends to wildlife ponds and the hedgerows beyond.

What's included:

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Pets are permitted in this property for a small surcharge. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing your 4 legged family members with you on holiday. // Sorry but no pets are permitted in this property.

This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit. Check in is from 4pm. Check out by 10am.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. The house is the third house on the left when you enter Beaumont Village. There is a gravel driveway after the house which leads to the rear of the property where the key safe is located.
