A beautifully appointed home, sleeping 6 guests, its absolutely bursting with charm and enjoys spectacular views across the Estate from the roof top garden.

 

This property is bright and airy with modern finishes and plenty of outside space. Situated at the top of Beaumont Village, you will be captivated by the views on offer.  Three double bedrooms all have access to a balcony where you can steal a moment of peace. 

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset.  Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.  

Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas.  Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

The accommodation provides spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with floor to ceiling glass patio doors and windows create a spacious, light area, to relax and entertain your guests. Sit back and relax by the fire or cook up a storm in the modern kitchen diner, this home has something to suit everyone. Tucked away by the front of the house is a comfy sofa room, with TV, to snuggle in. 

The master super-king bedroom provides access to private balcony and en-suite bathroom. Two further king size bedrooms have access to the balcony at the rear of the house. A good sized family bathroom, with a shower over bath, completes the first floor accommodation. 

From the first floor there are stairs to the roof terrace with ample furniture for casual outdoor dining and views across all of the Estate and countryside beyond. On the ground floor decking there is casual dining furniture and a charcoal BBQ. To the front of the property is a gravel driveway with space for 3 cars. 

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.

Finding your Property
After entering the Silverlake Estate, follow the driveway and take the first turning left into Beaumont Village, BV21 is the first house located to your right. There is parking directly outside the property for several cars.
