This four-bedroom property offers modern accommodation for up to six adults and four children. Perfectly situated close to the peaceful Beaumont Lake.

This spacious and stunning four bedroom Water Garden property offers bright and modern accommodation and is in close proximity to the peaceful Beaumont Lake.  This beautiful home is best suited to a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children owing to the bedroom configurations. This property also allows one dog to join you on your adventures here at Bella Vista.

A spacious entrance hall with wooden flooring provides access to a utility room complete with inbuilt storage, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and separate WC. The TV room is the perfect place for the kids to hang out.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a fantastic space for all the family and friends to socialise.  The kitchen offers oven, microwave oven, induction hob and dishwasher.  There is also a breakfast bar with four stools.  The dining table accommodates ten using six chairs and a bench for four.  There is comfortable sofa seating for eight plus beanbags.

The master bedroom boasts stunning views over Beaumont Lake complete with king size bed and en-suite with large walk in shower.  There is a second king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, a third king size bedroom and a fourth bedroom that has two bunk beds sleeping four. 

From the first floor there are stairs to the roof terrace with outdoor dining and views across Silverlake. To the rear of the property is a large decked area with dining for eight.

What’s Included in Your Stay

Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.

In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

There is a small surcharge for pets in this property so please let us know about your 4 legged guests at the time of booking. 

A £500 refundable damage deposit applies to this booking.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Take the second left hand turn into the village and then turn immediately right. BV14 is the first property in the cul-de-sac. Parking is located to the side and front of the property with space for 2 cars. The key safe in the front door recess.
