The property showcases a beautifully appointed kitchen, bathed in natural light from skylights and generous windows, an elegant island unit and  modern appliances. 

Downstairs, a charming double bedroom, stylish shower room and a separate study provide both privacy and practicality. A handy utility room with an additional shower room and WC ensures convenience, whether you're arriving back from a lakeside stroll or a woodland adventure with your dog.

Upstairs, three bedrooms offer restful nights for all as well as a family bathroom featuring bath with shower over. The children’s bunk room is a delight with safari-style top bunk - a dreamy escape for little explorers. A bright double bedroom with ensuite shower, dressing table and Juliette balcony capturing glimpses of the nature reserve beyond. 

The master suite is the true star of this romantic hideaway, a spacious sanctuary at the rear of the property, complete with super king bed, ensuite with walk in shower, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and a TV perfectly placed for lazy mornings in bed. Step out onto the private balcony, furnished with bistro seating, and let the lake views soothe your soul.

Outside, unwind on the decked terrace, or spread out on the south facing lawn, with peace at mind with a fully enclosed garden. Easy parking for two cars can be found at the front of the property. 

 

Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some areas nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you may see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. All photographs and property descriptions are correct at the time of being added to the property listing. What’s Included in Your Stay

Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.

In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

There is a small surcharge for pets in this property so please let us know about your 4 legged guests at the time of booking.
