Conveniently located within Beaumont Village this bright and spacious four bed cottage is ideal for two families or multi-generational holidays looking to stay in a low carbon consumption house.

 

Bulrushes is well located to enjoy the Silverlake nature reserve and spa facilities. Being a short walk to Beaumont Lake and paths that can take you off round the lake to other trails, playground and zip wire this is ideal spot to take the family exploring. The property has its own drive with parking for two cars and a boat store to keep bikes and outdoor equipment in. This beautiful home is best suited to a maximum of 6 adults and 3 children.

The generous ground floor accommodation is open plan with the living room having triple aspect windows, sumptuous sofas, bi-fold doors onto decking for the summer and a wood burning stove for the winter (local wood can be sourced from the estate). The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for family meals. Also on the ground floor is cloakroom/laundry room which houses a toilet, washbasin, fitted cupboards and a washer/dryer. Sleeping up to nine people in comfort this property has two king sized bedrooms each with their own en-suite shower room and toilet. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with high sleeper bunk and bedroom 4 has extra-long bunk beds. The bottom of the bunk beds can accommodate an adult, or 2 in the double, however the top bunk is only suitable for child. There is a family bathroom, with bath and shower over. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

100% of the energy used in this house is electricity (no gas) from renewable sources – with a large proportion from the solar panels on the roof. 

What’s Included in Your Stay

Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.

In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Bulrushes is the fourth house on the left (Beaumont Village 4). There is parking for several cars along the side of the property. The key safe is located by the front of the house.
