Being a short walk to Beaumont Lake and paths that can take you off round the lake to other trails, playground and zip wire this is ideal spot to take the family exploring. The property has its own drive with parking for two cars and a boat store to keep bikes and outdoor equipment in.

The generous ground floor accommodation is open plan with the living room having triple aspect windows, sumptuous sofas, bi-fold doors onto decking for the summer and a wood burning stove for the winter (local wood can be sourced from the estate). The house can comfortably accommodate eight adult guests to dine inside or out, depending on your mood. While the charcoal BBQ fires up you can enjoy a game of giant jenga, quoits or simply sit back and enjoy watching the wildlife – you can often see rabbits, dragonflies and bats in the evening.
The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for family meals. It comes complete with: five ring induction range, two ovens (one with rotisserie and grill), a 4-slice toaster, microwave, dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer and kettle. There is everything you need by way of kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses with holiday treats including a BBQ pizza stone, pancake pan and lolly pop moulds. Additional workspace is available on the island unit that separates the dining area from the main kitchen area. Also on the ground floor is cloakroom/laundry room which houses a toilet, washbasin, fitted cupboards and a washer/dryer.
Sleeping up to nine people in comfort this property has two king sized bedrooms each with their own en-suite shower room and toilet. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with high sleeper bunk and bedroom 4 has extra-long bunk beds. There is a family bathroom, with bath and shower over. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
