Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a well equipped gym, luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you may see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, a beautifully stylish family bathroom and a king size bedroom with en-suite. Both rear rooms enjoy easy access to the outside decking with a seating area. A stylish spiral staircase rising to the balcony on 1st floor, adds to the contemporary feel of this delightful home away from home. This property also benefits from a gas BBQ on the first floor balcony.
On the second floor lies an impressive master bedroom with ensuite shower room and amazing apex window with views across the estate. There are two desk areas on the top floor, perfect for those working whilst away.
There is convenient parking next to the property.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Your property is located on Overton Island which is accessed through Wakeling Island. Drive over the little bridge into Overton Island, turn left and you will see Chalk Hill View immediately on your right, in the centre of the island.
