As such, there are still properties and areas of the island and wider estate that are undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Your property is located on Overton Island which is accessed through Wakeling Island. Drive over the little bridge into Overton Island, turn left and you will see Chalk Hill View immediately on your right, in the centre of the island.
