A bright and airy lounge with triple aspect windows host two settees and one armchair around a feature wood burning stove. Double glazed folding doors lead to a decked patio area. With the open plan design, the lounge area eases into the dining area where there is a dining room table and six chairs of contrasting colours to the overall theme.
Adjacent to the dining area, we find a fully equipped kitchen offering all you need for your stay with a breakfast bar island with two stools.
There is also a WC cloakroom on the ground floor.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Finding your Property
Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Take the first left hand turn into the village and take the second exit at the mini roundabout, and it is the first house on the right. Parking is located to the side of the property with space for 2 cars. The key safe is next to the front door.
