Overview
Situated at the heart of Beaumont Village this stunning three-bedroom cottage is close to the Spa and Estate activities.

Located in the heart of peaceful Beaumont Village this three-bedroom cottage, that sleeps up to 5 adults and 1 child (owing to the bedroom configurations), is ideally placed for easy access to all the estate amenities and activities. 

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset.  Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.  

Also on site is a well equipped gym, luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas.  Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

A bright and airy lounge with triple aspect windows host two settees and one armchair around a feature wood burning stove. Double glazed folding doors lead to a decked patio area. With the open plan design, the cosy lounge eases into the dining area where there is a dining table with seating for six.

Adjacent to the dining area, there is a fully equipped kitchen offering all you need for your stay with a breakfast bar island with two stools. There is also a WC cloakroom on the ground floor.

The bedrooms comprise a super-king bedroom with TV and dressing table with an ensuite shower room, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a bunk bed room with fitted wardrobes (top bunk suitable for child only).  There is a family bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower.

The property has a large decked patio extending the full width of the cottage leading to a lawned area. There is a selection of rattan garden furniture and an outdoor dining table. 

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Take the first left hand turn into the village and take the second exit at the mini roundabout, and it is the first house on the right. Parking is located to the side of the property with space for 2 cars. The key safe is next to the front door.
