There is a small surcharge for pets in this properties so please let us know about your 4 legged guests at the time of booking.
The propertes are self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
Travel cots and highchairs available to hire from £5, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
There is a charcoal BBQ and free EV charger use for each cottage as well as a hot tub available at Kasu (BR28).

The following information will help you to find the Clanic Collection (Baxter's Rise 27, 28 and 29) upon your arrival at Silverlake.
Finding your Property
After you pass through the gates into Silverlake follow the road and you will find Baxter's Rise on the right hand side. Turn right into Baxter's Rise, continue forwards until you see Kasu (Baxter's Rise 29) in front of you, with Jojo (Baxter's Rise 27) and Elba (Baxter's Rise 28) just next door. The parking bays for these properties can be found at the rear of the houses, with a short path leading to the rear of the cottage.
