What’s Included in Your Stay
Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.
In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.
For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

A £750 refundable damage deposit applies to this booking.
Check‑in is available from 4pm, and check‑out is by 10am.
There is a charcoal BBQ and free EV charger use for each cottage as well as a hot tub available at Elba (BR28).

Hot Tub Information
To ensure every guest enjoys a clean and refreshed experience, we fully drain, clean, and reset the hot tub before each stay. Because of this, the hot tub may not be fully warm upon your arrival. It will continue heating throughout your stay and is typically ready for use by your second night.
The following information will help you to find the Cosy Cottages (Baxter's Rise 27, 28 and 29) upon your arrival at Silverlake.
Finding your Property
After you pass through the gates into Silverlake follow the road and you will find Baxter's Rise on the right hand side. Turn right into Baxter's Rise, continue forwards until you see Kasu (Baxter's Rise 29) in front of you, with Jojo (Baxter's Rise 27) and Elba (Baxter's Rise 28) just next door. The parking bays for these properties can be found at the rear of the houses, with a short path leading to the rear of the cottage.
