Exquisite five-bedroom lakeside property with alfresco kitchen and hot tub for a luxurious lakeside staycation.

 

This sumptuous property offers outstanding interiors and an abundance of space for up to 12 guests. Its large outdoor kitchen and hot tub, boosting stunning lakeside views will see your family enjoying quality time together in the great outdoors. Due to the bedroom configuration, we recommend a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children. Please see the accommodation section for more information.

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset.  Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.  

Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas.  Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.    

Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. All photographs and property descriptions are correct at the time of being added to the property listing. A spacious and bright entrance hall, with a feature staircase, is flooded with light from the window on the first-floor landing which leads to a generous open-plan living room that benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows providing a panoramic lakeside vista. Equipped with a log burner, for those cosy winter nights in and large sofas and dining table with seating for twelve; this property offers ample family space for relaxing and dining, complemented by a contemporary well-fitted kitchen. For those wishing to unwind and watch a film, there is a separate TV room snug with comfy seating and a cupboard full of board games. On the ground floor, you will also find a W/C and utility room.

The top floor boasts a stunning feature king-sized bedroom with ensuite bath/shower room and private balcony. There is another double room with en-suite and own balcony to the front of the house, a bunk bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (top bunks suitable for children only), a twin room with study area and another double bedroom with ensuite.  Three bedrooms enjoy lakeside views from the rear balcony. There is also a family bathroom with separate bath and shower and his and hers sinks.  

The expansive exterior of the property houses outdoor furniture, table and chairs, charcoal BBQ, wood-burning pizza oven and gas BBQ. The sunken hot tub is a particularly appealing feature!

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Finding your Property
After passing through the gates into Silverlake follow the road into the Estate and take the first turning to the right which will lead you into Baxter's Rise. Once inside the village you simply need to take the first turning on the left and follow the road until you discover Baxter's Rise 10 to your left, along the water's edge. Parking for several cars is available directly outside the property.
