New to the Habitat Escapes portfolio is Down Time, a stunning 4-bed holiday home situated in the heart of Baxter’s Rise. Offering spacious accommodation for 8-10 guests.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property; offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes, e-bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and canoes. Subject to availability.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing construction in various phases. On Baxter's Rise, you will be able see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.

This exceptional holiday home with a stunning spiral staircase leading to the dining and living area on the first floor, providing plenty of space for enjoying a family holiday. An open-plan living room with a contemporary kitchen with all mod cons is perfect for cooking and entertaining.
A snug room with a television also sits on the first floor, a great spot for relaxing and watching a film. A double bedroom with en-suite and a king size bedroom lie on the ground floor, both with access to the ground floor decked area via sliding doors. A twin bedroom and family bathroom complete the ground floor accommodation. On the top floor, there is a large master bedroom with an en-suite, and cosy seating on the mezzanine level, providing the perfect spot to take in the views.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Finding your Property
After passing through the gates into Silverlake follow the road into the Estate and take the first turning to the left which will lead you into Baxter's Rise. Once in the village you simply need to take the first turning on the left and the second property on your right will be your holiday home, Baxter's Rise 21. There is a gravelled parking area directly next to the property.
