Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing construction in various phases. On Baxter's Rise, you will be able see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. This exceptional holiday home with a stunning spiral staircase leading to the dining and living area on the first floor, providing plenty of space for enjoying a family holiday. An open-plan living room with a contemporary kitchen with all mod cons is perfect for cooking and entertaining.
A double bedroom with en-suite and a king size bedroom lie on the ground floor, both with access to the ground floor decked area via sliding doors. A twin bedroom and family bathroom complete the ground floor accommodation.
A snug room with a television sits on the first floor, a great spot for relaxing and watching a film. This room has a small 1.5 size sofa bed, suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. Please do let us know if you require linen for the sofa bed for your stay.
On the top floor, there is a large master bedroom with an en-suite, and cosy seating on the mezzanine level, providing the perfect spot to take in the views.
The property also boasts a gas BBQ for guests' use. This property's driveway is shared with another property, so please be considerate when parking.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
This property has been designed with adults and older children in mind, so does not come equipped with children's cutlery or crockery. A highchair or travel cot can be provided upon request for a small charge of £10. We do not supply bedding for the travel cot, guests are welcome to bring their own bedding if required.

Finding your Property
After passing through the gates into Silverlake follow the road into the Estate and take the first turning to the left which will lead you into Baxter's Rise. Once in the village you simply need to take the first turning on the left and the second property on your right will be your holiday home, Baxter's Rise 21. There is a gravelled parking area directly next to the property that is shared with the property next door.
