Overview
Driftwood is a highly individual luxury property situated on the edge of the shore, offering offering far reaching views across Beaumont Lake and beyond.

 

This property is highly individual in design, with a luxury contemporary interior and a welcoming ambience. Situated on the edge of the shore, Driftwood is not only a wonderful home inside, it has beautiful outside facilities including a fully enclosed and secluded decking area, private canoe launch platform, an extensive sun deck, a double garden hammock and private pond shared with resident ducks.  This truly is a showstopper of a house.

The accommodation provides spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with floor to ceiling glass patio doors and windows create a spacious, light area, to relax and entertain your guests. This property also benefits from a study fitted with a double sofa bed and smart TV.

The master bedroom provides access to balcony decking offering panoramic views over Beaumont Lake complete with king size bed with built in TV and ensuite.  There is a second king size bedroom with an ensuite shower room. You will also find a twin bedroom and a further single bedroom with a pull out truckle bed.

There is also a good sized family bathroom with a shower over bath with the added bonus of an illuminated cabinet with Bluetooth speakers within. On the ground floor there is casual dining furniture and a charcoal BBQ. From the first floor there are stairs to the roof terrace with ample furniture for casual outdoor dining and views across all of the Estate and Nature Reserve. The roof terrace also benefits from a large gas BBQ.

What’s Included in Your Stay

Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.

In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

Finding your Property
Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Follow the road to the bottom of the village and you will see Driftwood (Beaumont Village 9) on the edge of the lake. There is parking directly outside the property, you will see the key safe to the house by the front door for access.
