This beautiful lakeside property boasts expansive interior, beautifully chic kitchen and bathrooms, with accommodation for 13 guests (maximum of 10 adults and 3 children).
The downstairs accommodation is wonderfully light with floor the ceiling picture window, full width sliding doors onto the decking and cosy nook in front of the open fire. The property has been lovingly completed with sustainability in mind with responsibly sourced bespoke and retro furniture featuring large dining table with seating for 12 adults, corner sofa in front of the TV and Ercol armchairs in front of the fire.
On the first floor the sleeping arrangements are: king Room with en-suite, twin room with en-suite and kids bunk room with 2 single bunk beds, one with truckle under (suitable for children only).
To the second floor is a further 2 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rear bedroom features a stand alone bath with skylight so you can relax and watch the nights sky.
The property is set on the waters edge with private jetty access to the lake, hot tub and outdoor shower with attachment to clean your pooches after a muddy walk.
To the front of the property is parking for multiple cars.
As we take pride in fully preparing each hot tub for each guest stay, please note that the water may not be up to temperature by the time you arrive on site, but rest assured, that the water will be blissfully warm and enjoyable within 24 hours of your arrival on-site.
Pets are permitted in this property for a small surcharge. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing your 4 legged family members with you on holiday to Everdene, Silverlake.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Finding your Property
Overton Island is accessed via a mini bridge at the end of Wakeling Island. Overton 14 is on the far side of the island next to the foot path, follow the road around and you will find the property. There is plenty of parking outside the property and visitor spaces just across the road.
