The first floor enjoys vaulted ceilings, one double bedroom, one twin room and a good-sized family bathroom with shower over bath. The property benefits from a log burner for cosy nights in.
Silverlake provides you with all the touches that will make your getaway special. Offering acres of nature trails, wildlife, sports facilities, and water sports. There is a parking space for the property past no. 24 Beaumont Village with many visitor spaces around the village.

What's included:
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Finding your Property
Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. The house is in a crescent of cottages directly across the mini roundabout as you enter Beaumont Village. Parking for this property is further down the road towards the lake, with the property on your right (BV22). The key safe is next to the front door. Parking is just beyond the terrace of cottages
