The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
One dog allowed to the ground floor only, please advise at the time of booking as an additional cost occurs.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. The house is in a crescent of cottages directly across the mini roundabout as you enter Beaumont Village. Parking for this property is further down the road towards the lake, with the property on your right (BV22). The key safe is next to the front door. Parking is just beyond the terrace of cottages
