Welcome to Howard Lodge, an exquisite home that sets the stage for an unforgettable holiday. With ample space for families and groups of friends seeking a luxury retreat.

 

Elegantly designed with meticulous attention to detail, this home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and modern amenities. The living areas are thoughtfully arranged for relaxation and entertainment, while the fully equipped modern kitchen allows you to unleash your culinary creativity. 

To the first floor is a spacious super-king bedroom with ensuite shower room and access to balcony, a double bedroom also with access to the balcony, a kids' room with bunk bed and small pull out truckle bed and a family bathroom with bath and shower over. 

The top floor comprises a large twin room that can be connected into a king size bed, a further double bedroom with beautiful views towards the lake and landscape beyond and a family bathroom with shower over bath. The exterior of the property provides ample parking and an impressive decked patio to sit back and unwind. 

Immerse yourself in the great outdoors with woodland walks and biking trails, water sports on the lake, or simply embrace the tranquillity of nature.

What’s Included in Your Stay

Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.

In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

Number 27 is located on the row behind the lakeside properties, there is ample parking outside and further visitor parking around the village is available. The front door is to be rear of the property where the key safe can be located.
