Kirrin Barn is a luxury airy and bright barn style property arranged over three floors that will spoil you for space and relaxed family enjoyment.
Situated in the settled, peaceful Beaumont Village at Silverlake, this property has a great outlook over Beaumont Lake to the ridge and Dorset countryside beyond. This property sleeps a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children owing to the bedroom configurations.
The large L-shaped lounge/dining room can adequately cater for up to twelve people and benefits from slide away patio doors to a large decking area overlooking Beaumont Lake. There is a separate utility room with additional fridge and freezer along with washing machine and laundry facilities. There is also a downstairs shower room with WC.
There are four spacious bedrooms, all beautifully appointed with a mixture of fitted and free standing furniture. The master bedroom extends the full width of the property and has slide away patio doors to a similar full width balcony. The master bedroom includes a super-king size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is also spacious with a king size bed and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has a king size bed with a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The fourth bedroom is of good size offering 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4 (we recommend only children in top bunks) and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor find a full width lounge/bedroom with a sofa and a double bed providing a fifth bedroom or second lounge. The ground floor decking boasts an array of sofa style seating and coffee tables making this the ideal spot for socialising.
Please note the owner respectfully requests BBQ's are not used at this property and no BBQ is provided. However there is a communal BBQ that guests are welcome to use close by in Beaumont Village.

What’s Included in Your Stay
Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.
In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.
For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

Finding your Property
Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Follow the road to the bottom of the village, take the second turning at the mini roundabout and Kirrin Barn (BV26) will be the second house on your right. There is a gravel driveway outside the property for several cars, you will see the key safe to the house by the front door of the property.
