This impressive home boasts 5 bedrooms spanning 3 floors, an EV charger and snug cinema room. On the ground floor sits the master bedroom with en-suite, a king size bedroom, twin room and a family bathroom. The first floor has a superior lounge overlooking the lake with a contemporary kitchen with all mod cons, as well as a WC. The top floor hosts super king bedroom, a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a shower room. A snug room completes the accommodation with space for the family to relax and unwind, watch a film or play some games together.  We recommend a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children at this property owing to the bedroom configurations.

Outside there is a large decking area with ample eating and social space contained within a balustrade and spiral staircase leading to the first floor. A gas BBQ will see you and your family enjoying summer days and evenings together while taking in the views.

This beautifully modern 2 storey home offers spacious living accommodation, sleeping a maximum of 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. The ground floor houses the master bedroom with super king bed and large en-suite facilities, a king size bedroom with en-suite and a further twin bedroom and family bathroom, complete with shower over bath. The house benefits from a fully equipped utility room on the ground floor with a washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge and separate tea and coffee making facilities for the ground floor bedrooms.

The first floor is a great entertaining space with a large south-east facing lounge with TV and SONOS system, dining area with seating for 10-12 guests and a fully fitted kitchen with two fridges, freezer and 3 built in ovens, including a combination oven/microwave. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC on this floor. 

The top floor showcases the amazing outlook of the property with a snug cinema room where the views of the Estate can be fully enjoyed. On this level is the bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (bottom bunks are suitable for adults, with the top bunks only being recommended for children). On this floor there is a further bedroom with a zip and link bed that can be set as a super king bed or twin beds if preferred.

There is ample parking outside the property suitable for up to 5 cars with the addition of an EV charging point, ground floor lakeside deck with plenty of space to socialise and enjoy a meal with friends. The decking is fully enclosed with spiral staircase leading to first floor balcony that showcases views across the lake and rolling Dorset hills beyond. The communal jetty is directly next to the property, allowing easy access to the lake to explore the beautiful surroundings. Please note that this property has a fixed camera installed on the decking and a ring door bell, both of which will be deactivated during any guest stays.

 

What’s Included in Your Stay

Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.

In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.
