Overview
This beautiful home encapsulates the charm of Silverlake, positioned directly overlooking the lake, making it a great place to relax and take in the views of the lake and Dorset countryside beyond.

 

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property; offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes, e-bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and canoes. Subject to availability.

Temporary spa closure 15th-26th April

During this time, the Hurricane Spa and outdoor pool will be closed for necessary maintenance. The Hurricane Terrace and gym will be open at weekends, with access via the external side entrance. Guests will still have use of the inclusive activity equipment during their stay. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing various stages of construction. On Baxter's Rise, you will be able see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday.  Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. On the ground floor sits a stunning open-plan kitchen and living room, with a large island unit and a beautifully crafted dining table, perfect for entertaining. High ceilings and large windows allow light to flood the downstairs area, bringing nature indoors. Large glass doors lead onto the vast garden, which includes a decked area with a large outdoor dining table, modular sofa unit and gas BBQ, providing an ideal space to dine on those sunny afternoons. The property also has an enclosed garden gate with access to the commual jetty.

Located on the first floor is the master bedroom, with a superking-sized bed and ensuite. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a striking view, while a private balcony  provides an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee. There is a further king bedroom with ensuite. The third bedroom has two custom fitted bunk-beds, ideal for either children or adults and a family bathroom. A further bathroom and fourth bedroom/TV room is located on the ground floor, with a made-to-measure king-size sofa bed. Please request the line for this sofa bed prior to your holiday to ensure you will have everything set up for your stay at Baxter's Rise 9.

The property further benefits from a large utility/boot room on the ground floor, log burner, SONOS speaker system, wine fridge, outdoor hot water tap and EV charging point. 

This contemporary holiday home, with all mod cons including a Sonos speaker system and wine fridge, provides the perfect stay in Dorset and is suitable for intergenerational family holidays.

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.

Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

1 well behaved pet is permitted in Lakeview Lodge (please keep any pet on the ground floor only of the property and not on any of the sofas).

Finding your Property
After passing through the gates into Silverlake follow the road into the Estate and take the first turning to the left which will lead you into Baxter's Rise. Once inside the village you simply need to take the first turning on the left and follow the road until you discover Baxter's Rise 9 to your left, along the water's edge. Parking for 2 cars is available directly outside the property.
