This stunning property situated in one of the newer villages at Silverlake, Baxter's Rise, encapsulates the charm of Silverlake.  Postioned directly overlooking the water, Lakeview Lodge is a wonderful place to relax with your family and pooch, and take in the views of the lake and the Dorset countryside beyond.  The property sleeps 10 in 3 bedrooms plus a fourth bedroom/games room with sofa bed.  

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset.  Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.  

Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas.  Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.    

Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays.  Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. On the ground floor sits a stunning open-plan kitchen and living room, with a large island unit and a beautifully crafted dining table, perfect for entertaining. High ceilings and large windows allow light to flood the downstairs area, bringing nature indoors. Large glass doors lead onto the vast garden, which includes a decked area with a large outdoor dining table, modular sofa unit and gas BBQ, providing an ideal space to dine on those sunny afternoons. The property also has an enclosed garden gate with access to the commual jetty.

Located on the first floor is the master bedroom, with a superking-sized bed and ensuite. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a striking view, while a private balcony provides an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee. There is a further king bedroom with ensuite. The third bedroom has two custom fitted bunk-beds, ideal for either children or adults and a family bathroom. A further bathroom and fourth bedroom/TV room is located on the ground floor, with a made-to-measure king-size sofa bed. Please request the linen for this sofa bed prior to your holiday to ensure you will have everything set up for your stay at Baxter's Rise 9.

The property further benefits from a large utility/boot room on the ground floor, log burner, SONOS speaker system, wine fridge, outdoor hot water tap and EV charging point. 

This contemporary holiday home, with all mod cons, provides the perfect home from home stay in Dorset and is suitable for intergenerational family holidays.

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

1 well behaved pet is permitted in Lakeview Lodge (please keep any pet on the ground floor only of the property and not on any of the sofas).

Finding your Property
After passing through the gates into Silverlake follow the road into the Estate and take the first turning to the left which will lead you into Baxter's Rise. Once inside the village you simply need to take the first turning on the left and follow the road until you discover Baxter's Rise 9 to your left, along the water's edge. Parking for 2 cars is available directly outside the property.
