This property is wonderfully welcoming with an open plan living and dining area. An ultra-modern kitchen with all the mod-cons provides you with all you need to enjoy your luxury self-catering holiday. There is a cosy living area where you can relax in front of the log burner or look out onto the lake.
There is a stairlift providing easy access to the first floor; upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with an en-suite and balcony overlooking the water, a second, double bedroom and a third twin room. Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom. The property offers a stairlift from the ground to the first floor, allowing easy access for guests with restricted mobility.
Outside, the property has a decked area and grassed lawn leading to the water's edge and private jetty. There is a driveway by the side of the house for parking, additional visitor spaces can be found in the centre of Overton Island.

What’s Included in Your Stay
Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.
In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.
For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.
