From experiencing stunning lakeside views, exploring on-site nature trails, or snuggling by the fire under a blanket, Silverlake has something for everyone. The estate has a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained come rain or shine, including kayaking, paddle-boarding, cycling, swimming and playing tennis. Guests can also enjoy access to Silverlake’s luxury Hurricane Spa, sauna and poolside bar, making it a perfect relaxing spa holiday.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.
Overton Island is a newly completed village at Silverlake. Whilst this property is fully completed, there are still properties on the island and wider Estate that are undergoing various elements of construction. You may see and hear construction between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. This property is wonderfully welcoming with an open plan living and dining area. An ultra-modern kitchen with all the mod-cons provides you with all you need to enjoy your luxury self-catering holiday. There is a cosy living area where you can relax in front of the log burner or look out onto the lake. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with an en-suite and balcony overlooking the water, a second, double bedroom and a third twin room. Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom.
Outside, the property has a decked area and grassed lawn leading to the water's edge and private jetty. There is a driveway by the side of the house for parking, additional visitor spaces can be found in the centre of Overton Island.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
