Overview
Built for relaxation, this unique holiday cottage of award winning design, maximises natural daylight throughout.

 

This property is a must for those wishing to escape everyday hum drum. Having a Southerly aspect and situated on the edge of Beaumont Village, adjacent to Beaumont Lake this is the ideal holiday location. This beautiful home is best suited to a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, however please see the accommodation section for more information.  

 The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are spacious and bright with dual aspect slide away patio doors catching all that is good of the views over the lake to the trees and woodland beyond.  You can comfortably accommodate eight people, to dine, relax or pull up a chair on the decking whilst firing up the BBQ.

The kitchen is well equipped with ample work surfaces over expertly designed and laid out storage cupboards and drawers. A work station island offers further work space and a link to the dining area. With a built in oven and microwave complemented by an induction hob and toaster you can rustle up all the food the family crave. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and inset stainless steel sink unit.

There is a double bedroom located on the ground floor with a shower room opposite. A further three bedrooms are located on the first floor all accessed from the gallery landing. These comprise super king master bedroom, en-suite shower room and a further two bedrooms; one having two single beds and the final one having a set of bunk beds. The bottom bunk beds can accommodate adults, however the top bunks are only suitable for children. The bottom bunk can accommodate an adult, however the top bunk is only suitable for child. These are both served by a bathroom with shower fitted over.

Ample outdoor seating located on the wrap around deck, enjoying enviable views of Beaumont Lake.

What’s Included in Your Stay

Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.

In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

Finding your Property
Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. The house is numbered BV08. When you enter Beaumont Village drive straight down the road, past the first mini roundabout, when you reach the second mini roundabout the house is located to your left with a gate and a large gravel driveway. There is space for 2 cars outside of the property. The key safe is located inside the wooden box on the side of the house by the front door.
