Overview
Minerva is a characterful 3-bedroom, pet-friendly Dorset cottage, situated close to the world-renowned Jurassic Coast, perfect for countryside walks and on-site activities at Silverlake.

 

The ground floor of this charming property boasts smart open plan living with space to cuddle up in front of the fire or cook up a storm in the contemporary kitchen. Offering 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms sleeping up to 7 guests (maximum of 6 adults and 1 child). Enjoy a family holiday with an outdoor heated swimming pool, water-based activities and self-catering holiday cottages in the heart of nature. 

Ground floor facilities include cosy living room area with Smart TV, selection of board games and books for those quiet nights in. The dining table seats 6 and overlooks the rear garden which can be accessed by the sliding patio doors. The kitchen is wonderfully modern including conventional oven with integrated microwave oven, stainless steel sink, built in appliances and marble finish worktops. The downstairs WC houses the washer/dryer. 

Upstairs are 3 charming bedrooms, the Master suite with King size bed, TV, shower ensuite and access to the balcony at the rear of the property. The second bedroom is a further double bedroom with built in storage, the third bedroom houses a double bed with single bunk over. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over.

There is decking to the rear of the house with outdoor seating, coffee table and electric points. To the side of the house is the gravelled driveway, providing easy access to your holiday cottage in Dorset.

This contemporary home is a great space for all the family plus one dog to roam, play and relax.

What’s Included in Your Stay

Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.

In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

There is a small surcharge for pets in this property so please let us know about your 4 legged guests at the time of booking. 

A £500 refundable damage deposit applies to this booking.
