The ground floor of this charming property boasts smart open plan living with space to cuddle up in front of the fire or cook up a storm in the contemporary kitchen. Ground floor facilities include cosy living room area with Smart TV, selection of board games and books for those quiet nights in. The dining table seats 6 and overlooks the rear garden which can be accessed by the sliding patio doors. The kitchen is wonderfully modern including conventional oven with integrated microwave oven, stainless steel sink, built in appliances and marble finish worktops. The downstairs WC houses the washer/dryer. 

Upstairs are 3 charming bedrooms, the Master suite with King size bed, TV, shower ensuite and access to the balcony at the rear of the property. The second bedroom is a further double bedroom with built in storage, the third bedroom houses a double bed with single bunk over. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over.

There is decking to the rear of the house with outdoor seating, coffee table and electric points. To the side of the house is the gravelled driveway, providing easy access to your holiday cottage in Dorset.

This contemporary home is a great space for all the family plus one dog to roam, play and relax.

 House & Estate Rules:   

  • Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to Habitat Escapes as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal.
  • Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
  • This property is pet friendly.
