As you enter Overton Island 01 on the ground floor you are immediately greeted with a spacious open plan kitchen, living room & dining area. The living room is complete with a beautiful wood burner to cosy up next to in winter, and has fantastic views over the water and Wakeling Island though the floor to ceiling window doors that lead out onto the deck. Next to the kitchen is a utility and wet room to help clear up after a day exploring Silverlake Estate.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with bunk beds (top bunk suitable for child only) and three double rooms, two with king size beds and one with a double bed. A family bathroom with a bath services all rooms, whilst one double has an ensuite WC and the master has an ensuite shower room, making this property perfect for large families and groups alike.

What's included:
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Your property is located on Overton Island which is accessed through Wakeling Island. After driving through Wakeling Island you will see Overton Island 1 just beyond the small bridge with Overton Island 1 the first house on the left with a gravel drive in front.
