Overton Island is a brand new addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes! As such, there is a large part of the island and many nearby properties that are undergoing construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see and hear construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 and 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Finding your Property
Overton Island is accessed via a mini bridge at the end of Wakeling Island. Overton 11 is on the far side of the island, follow the road around and you will find the property with plenty of parking outside.
