Whilst this property is fully completed, you will see and hear construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. The large open plan living area is wonderfully light with plush corner sofa, 8 seater dining table, downstairs cloakroom, log burner and kitchen area with island unit and seating.
Downstairs there is a large open plan living room featuring full length doors to a full size, fully enclosed decking area with outdoor dining and seating. There is a BBQ available and private jetty leading directly into the water.
The upstairs accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with en-suite, a further large bedroom with en-suite, both double rooms have access to the full width balcony overlooking the water. The bathrooms have large walk in showers.
There is a further small double and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds. There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Decking to rear of the property accessed via sliding doors in lounge area, decking has seating for 8 guests and a charcoal BBQ. EV charging point.
Gravel driveway to side of property. Property benefits from access to the lake via private jetty.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
