To the first floor can be found a king en-suite bedroom, further king en-suite bedroom a bunk room and a single bedroom and family bathroom.
Please note there are no water based activities between November and February for health and safety reasons i.e. low water temperature, bikes will be available all year round.
Small lawned area and decking to the rear of the patio doors with a range of rattan decking furniture.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Take the first left hand turn into the village and take the second exit at the mini roundabout, and it is the second house on the right. Parking is located to the side of the property with space for 2 cars. The key safe is next to the front door.
