The master super king bedroom has an en-suite shower-room and toilet along with a fitted wardrobe and vanity unit, whilst Bed two and three have access to the family bathroom on the landing, both have fitted wardrobes, bed two a double bed and bed three bunk beds.
This property is dog friendly and has an enclosed garden suitable for your dog to run free whilst you relax on the patio. There is a comfortable set of table and chairs and table umbrella. The garden enjoys a sunny aspect most of the day.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Take the second left hand turn into the village and it is the property immediately to your left. Parking is located to the side of the property with space for 2 cars. The key safe is next to the front door.
