Occupying a super corner site on the peaceful Beaumont Village development this delightful pet-friendly three bedroom cottage offers generous accommodation for six people.

With easy access to the gym, spa and trails leading to all activities and countryside walks, Rowan Cottage offers something for everyone! The property has its own enclosed garden and is pet friendly, ideal for those who want to take man’s best friend away with them. This stunning cottage is best suited to a maximum of 5 adults and 1 child owing to the bedroom configurations.

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset.  Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.  

Also on site is a gym, luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments, and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas.  Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen offering everything you need to keep the family at full strength, Hob, Oven, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and a full supply of kitchenware and utensils. The lounge/diner has triple aspect windows with relaxing furniture and a family dining table seating six. Folding patio doors overlook the paved patio and garden. There is also a ground floor shower room and toilet.

Approached from a half turn staircase the landing is bright and airy, giving access to three good bedrooms. The master super king bedroom has an en-suite shower-room and toilet along with a fitted wardrobe and vanity unit, whilst bedrooms two and three have access to the family bathroom on the landing. Bedroom two has a double bed and fitted wardrobe, and bedroom three has bunk beds and fitted wardrobe. The bottom bunk can accommodate an adult, however the top bunk is only suitable for a child.

This property is dog friendly and has an enclosed garden suitable for your dog to run free whilst you relax on the patio. There is a comfortable set of table and chairs and table umbrella. The garden enjoys a sunny aspect most of the day.

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Take the second left hand turn into the village and it is the property immediately to your left. Parking is located to the side of the property with space for 2 cars. The key safe is next to the front door.
