Overview
Beautiful detached three bed cottage in an enviable position with stunning views across to Beaumont Lake.

 

This contemporary home has been furnished to high standards enjoying high ceilings and open plan living areas giving the property plenty of light and space.

Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property; offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes, e-bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and canoes. Subject to availability.

Temporary spa closure 15th-26th April

During this time, the Hurricane Spa and outdoor pool will be closed for necessary maintenance. The Hurricane Terrace and gym will be open at weekends, with access via the external side entrance. Guests will still have use of the inclusive activity equipment during their stay. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The open plan living and dining room makes the most of views across to Beaumont Lake through floor to ceiling glass sliding doors onto a decked open terrace. The property benefits from a downstairs cloakroom and a large modern wood-burning stove in the living area.

The kitchen offers integrated appliances including single oven, four ring induction hob, built in microwave oven, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher and contemporary quartz work surfaces.

A large wooden dining table with high backed leather chairs seats six guests with ease. Guests can enjoy comfortable seating in the lounge with two sofas and an arm chair set around the modern wood burning stove to enjoy those cosy evenings in. 

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a bunk bed room. The accommodation is complete with a family bathroom on the first floor.

This property is accessed through private gates and there is parking for two cars outside the property with additional cars to be parked in the overflow parking area.

To the front of the house the property enjoys views out to Beaumont Lake from an open decked area. The decking benefits from a large charcoal BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating for six people.

 

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.

Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Sand Martin is number 7 and will be on the left hand side of the road into the village. There is parking for several directly next to the property. The key safe is located by the front door of the house.
