Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and kayaks, subject to availability.
Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season. .

A spacious and bright entrance hall with a feature staircase is flooded with light from the atrium window on the first-floor landing.
The spacious open plan living room benefits from floor to ceiling windows which provides a panoramic vista of Beaumont Lake and the nature reserve beyond.
Equipped with a log burner and large L shaped settee, with a further dining table and seating for twelve there is ample family space complementing this well fitted kitchen – you’ll have everything you need to cook a pizza or a banquet.
For those wishing to relax and watch a film or keep up with the news and sport there is a separate TV room with L shaped settee, coffee table, fitted cupboard, wall mounted TV and with the dual aspect floor to ceiling slide away patio you can still enjoy the views and access the decking patio. On the ground floor you will also find a W/C and utility room.
A stunning feature King sized bedroom with ensuite bath/shower room. Benefiting from triple aspect windows affording views across the lake and surrounding hillside. Three further king-size rooms and a twin bedroom. There is also a family Bathroom/Shower Room on the first floor.
Occupying one of the largest plots in Beaumont village there is a large decking area serving all ground floor rooms from the slide away patio doors. Beyond the decking the gardens are lawned and stretch down to Beaumont Lake, where you can access lake swimming or use the private jetty for water sports such as canoeing or paddle boarding.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Finding your Property
Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village and is number 13. Follow the main entrance road and take the second turning on the left then follow the road in the the little cul-de-sac. Sandpiper is plenty of parking outside the property and the key safe is located by the front door.
