For those wishing to relax and watch a film or keep up with the news and sport there is a separate TV room with L shaped settee, coffee table, fitted cupboard, wall mounted TV and with the dual aspect floor to ceiling slide away patio you can still enjoy the views and access the decking patio. On the ground floor you will also find a W/C and utility room.
A stunning feature King sized bedroom with ensuite bath/shower room. Benefiting from triple aspect windows affording views across the lake and surrounding hillside. Three further king-size rooms and a single room with a further day bed. There is also a family Bathroom/Shower Room on the first floor.
Occupying one of the largest plots in Beaumont village there is a large decking area serving all ground floor rooms from the slide away patio doors. Beyond the decking the gardens are lawned and stretch down to Beaumont Lake, where you can access lake swimming or use the private jetty for water sports such as canoeing or paddle boarding.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village and is number 13. Follow the main entrance road and take the second turning on the left then follow the road in the the little cul-de-sac. Sandpiper is plenty of parking outside the property and the key safe is located by the front door.
