Serenity is a striking, contemporary, lakeside property that boasts ample accommodation for up to 12 guests (10 adults and 2 children) and includes a stunning rooftop terrace and full outdoor kitchen.

 

Serenity is an ultra contemporary, pet-friendly, property that offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in five bedrooms.  This is an ideal property for large family get togethers where space is appreciated.

The spacious accommodation offers 4 impressive super king size bedrooms on the first floor, each bedroom complete with its own ensuite. Two of these generous sized rooms benefit from private balconies with views across the Estate. Downstairs there is a family bedroom with king size bed, bunk bed and family bathroom. We recommend that this property for a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children owing to the bedroom configuration. The open plan living area has everything you need, dining space for all the family, a well equipped modern kitchen and cosy seating in front of the fire. 

This beautifully curated home offers extra entertaining space on the private roof terrace, boasting panoramic views of the Estate and a full outdoor kitchen including gas BBQ and dishwasher. 

Access is made easy with a driveway directly outside the property for several cars.

This property is pet friendly, please notify us of your 4-legged companion when booking as there is a small surcharge for pets.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.

Please note all our properties are non-smoking.

This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit.

Finding your Property
After you pass through the gates into Silverlake follow the road down the hill onto Wakeling Island. At the fork in the road take the road on the right, Serenity is one of the last properties on the right before you get to the little bridge to Overton island.
