Commanding a large enviable plot on Overton Island offering outstanding views, this property boasts an array of stylish and comfortable furniture adding a contemporary feel throughout the property.

Skyfall is the ideal property for those looking to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family, or those simply wishing to enjoy the setting of this luxury lakeside property.

The property can sleep 7 with a maximum of 6 adults. The additional bed is only suitable for a child.

Overton Island is a brand-new addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes! As such, there is a large part of the island and many nearby properties that are undergoing construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see and hear construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.

An open plan living, dining room and kitchen providing two single ovens, induction hob, dishwasher & tall fridge/freezer. The property has a downstairs toilet.

The main living and dining area can comfortably seat six with a lovely wood burning stove for those winter evenings whilst you can enjoy fantastic views across the lake – a wonderful addition in the summer months.

To the first floor, there is a king ensuite bedroom offering lakeside views, a twin bedroom and bunk bedroom with a double bottom bunk and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has a bathtub and the ensuite has a walk-in shower. There is a balcony that runs the length of the property with seating for two.

Outside there is decking to the rear of the property with a charcoal BBQ and private jetty on the lake.

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.

Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.

Finding your Property
Drive through the second village, Wakeling Island, over the bridge and Skyfall will be on your right and is numbered OI21. There is parking on the right just before the house. The key safe is by the front door.
