Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool, gym and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. The prices for this property reflect this and bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. An open plan living, dining room and kitchen providing two single ovens, induction hob, dishwasher & tall fridge/freezer. The property has a downstairs toilet.
The main living and dining area can comfortably seat six with a lovely wood burning stove for those winter evenings whilst you can enjoy fantastic views across the lake – a wonderful addition in the summer months.
To the first floor, there is a king ensuite bedroom offering lakeside views, a twin bedroom and bunk bedroom with a double bottom bunk (top bunk suitable for a child only) and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has a bathtub and the ensuite has a walk-in shower. There is a balcony that runs the length of the property with seating for two.
Outside there is decking to the rear of the property with a charcoal BBQ and private jetty on the lake.
As we take pride in fully preparing each hot tub for every each guest stay, please note that the water may not be up to temperature by the time you arrive on site, but rest assured, that the water will be blissfully warm and enjoyable within 24 hours of your arrival on-site.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
**This property has a 4 man hot tub, on changeover days the hot tub may not reach the full temperature until the second day of your stay.**
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Drive through the second village, Wakeling Island, over the bridge and Skyfall will be on your right and is numbered OI21. There is parking on the right just before the house. The key safe is by the front door.
