Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset.  Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.  

Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas.  Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

Bed 3 – Themed children’s room with extra width bunk beds, children’s table and two chairs, low level toy shelf, with storage baskets under. Coat rack with animal head coat hooks, fitted wardrobe with hanging rail and storage shelves.
Bathroom – Bath with fully tiled surround shower screen mixer taps and shower spray. Low level WC, Wall mounted wash basin.

There is a parking next to the property and a southerly aspect decked patio area with seating for four.  A charcoal BBQ is also available for guests' use.

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Take the first left hand turn into the village and it is the second house on the right. Parking is located to the back of the property with space for 2 cars and is shared with 21. The key safe is next to the front door.
