This thoughtfully decorated home offers modern décor through out which makes an ideal family home with soft furnishings and log burner for quiet nights in. This home is best suited to a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. The downstairs accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The modern kitchen includes large island unit, wine cooler and built in appliances. The dining table offers spaces for 8 guests to gather and enjoy meal times. The living area has two comfy sofas, a log burning stove and have access to the rear garden through the patio doors.
The bedrooms are configured as a master king size bedroom with en-suite and balcony over looking the nature garden, two further king size bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite, family bathroom and bunk bed room. The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult however the top bunk is only suitable for child.
The property boasts a hot tub, furniture for alfresco dining and a gas BBQ. As we take pride in prepping the hot tub for each guest stay the water may not be up to temperature by the time you arrive on site, but rest assured, that the water will be blissfully warm and enjoyable for your second night with us.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing construction in various phases. The prices for this property reflect this and bookings for this property are made on the understanding that on Shepperds View, you will be able to see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. The nature of the development means that this is an ever-improving situation and photographs showing the surrounding area are current at the time of being added to the property listing. What’s Included in Your Stay
Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.
In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.
For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.
