Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing construction in various phases. On Baxter's Rise and Shepperd's View, you will be able to see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.

This thoughtfully decorated home offers modern decor through out which makes an ideal family home with soft furnishings and log burner for quiet nights in. The downstairs accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The modern kitchen includes large island unit, wine cooler and built in appliances. The dining table offers spaces for 8 guests to gather and enjoy meal times. The living area has two comfy sofas, a log burning stove and have access to the rear garden through the patio doors.
The bedrooms are configured as a master king size bedroom with en-suite and balcony over looking the nature garden, two further king size bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite, family bathroom and bunk bed room.
This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
There is a small surcharge for pets in this property so please let us know about your 4 legged guests at the time of booking.
This a self-catered property, it is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies. Bed linen and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information. If you require linen for the single sofa bed, please advise us at the time of booking. Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.

Finding your Property
After you pass through the gates into Silverlake follow the road until you see the turning on the right for Baxter's Rise. Once inside the village, follow the road around the nature garden until you find Baxter's Rise 31.
There is a gravel driveway directly next to the property.
