Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing construction in various phases. The prices for this property reflect this and bookings for this property are made on the understanding that on Shepperds View, you will be able to see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. The nature of the development means that this is an ever-improving situation and photographs showing the surrounding area are current at the time of being added to the property listing. This thoughtfully decorated home offers modern décor through out which makes an ideal family home with soft furnishings and log burner for quiet nights in. The downstairs accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The modern kitchen includes large island unit, wine cooler and built in appliances. The dining table offers spaces for 8 guests to gather and enjoy meal times. The living area has two comfy sofas, a log burning stove and have access to the rear garden through the patio doors.
The bedrooms are configured as a master king size bedroom with en-suite and balcony over looking the nature garden, two further king size bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite, family bathroom and bunk bed room. The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult however the top bunk is only suitable for child.
The property boasts a hot tub, furniture for alfresco dining and a gas BBQ.
This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
There is a small surcharge for pets in this property so please let us know about your 4 legged guests at the time of booking.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid. One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
There is a charcoal BBQ at this property.
Our on-site bar The Hurricane Terrace offers drinks and snacks. Our pizza shack is open for pizza and tapas. Please contact The Terrace directly on 01305 819906 for opening times and to make a booking.
