There is a bunkroom situated on the ground floor, a great area.
Please note the en-suite is the only bathroom in the cottage and is accessible through the first floor master bedroom.

The property is accessed under the crescent archway to the front door and entrance lobby which leads to the first bedroom (kid’s room) consisting of bunk beds and a chest of drawers. There is also a fitted under stairs cupboard.
Upstairs, an open plan living room with dual aspect windows and Velux to the vaulted ceiling creates a bright and airy feeling. The kitchen is fitted with grey quartz work top with inset stainless steel sink unit and mixer taps over. Inset Siemens induction hob with oven under. Range of cupboards and drawers, dishwasher and wall mounted cupboards over. 60/40 split fridge freezer. Toaster a, kettle, cafetiere and microwave.
There is a two seater sofa and folding table with seating for 4 guests. Wall mounted Smart TV. Slide away patio doors provide access to the generous balcony giving an excellent view of Beaumont Lake along with the Pine Ridge and Dorset countryside beyond.
Through the living room is the master bedroom with king size bed with side tables and table lamps. Fitted double wardrobe with sliding doors shelving and hanging rail. Similar slide away patio doors provide additional access to the balcony.
En-suite Shower Room: Walk in fully tiled shower, low level WC, wall mounted wash basin and drawer under, heated towel rail, shaver socket.
Please note the en-suite shower room is the only bathroom in the cottage and is accessible through the master bedroom. This property is ideal for a couple or a family with children.
There is access to a washing machine in the boat store, which is separate to the main property with entrance found opposite Swan Cottage, under the archway.
The property enjoys direct access to the communal gardens, fire pit and BBQ area flanked by the properties of the crescent.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.
The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Finding your Property
Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. As you enter Beaumont Village you will see a mini roundabout, directly beyond the roundabout is Swan Cottage (BV32) with access under the archway.
Parking for the property is by the entrance to Beaumont Village by the wooden stores numbered 32. There is additional parking at the bottom of Beaumont Village by the lake and at the top of the hill before the Spa and Hurricane Terrace
