Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset.  Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.  

Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas.  Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

Comfortably furnished, this property offers open plan kitchen/dining/living area benefitting from a fully integrated kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.  The dining table comfortably accommodates six.   There is a single Bluetooth Sonos unit for playing music from your Bluetooth device.  The property benefits from downstairs cloakroom and a small cupboard with some room for hanging coats.

The dual aspect living room boasts a smart TV with Netflix, DVD’s, a selection of DVDs, board games and wood burner.  There is sofa seating for four and aviation themed armchairs for two.  Some decoration hints toward the RAF history of the Silverlake site.

Master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite shower room.  Fitted storage. Second bedroom with king size bed and fitted storage and a third bedroom with bunk beds.  The full height landing offers a cosy beanbag chair and the family bathroom benefits from a shower over the bath.

Extended south-west decking with coal BBQ, L-shaped sofa and dining table for six.  Type 2 electric car charging point.

Check in is from 4pm. Check out at 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Take the first left hand turn into the village and it is the third house on the right. Parking is located to the back of the property with space for 2 cars. The key safe is next to the back door.
