A farmhouse-style dining table seats ten, perfect for shared meals and the sleek kitchen includes a breakfast bar, double oven and fridge freezer with ice dispenser.

Additional spaces include a cinema room with plush seating and a large screen TV for movie nights, a top-floor snug filled with toys, books and games – ideal for children, a spare room with yoga space and a handy utility room with laundry facilities and storage.

Each of the five bedrooms is uniquely styled to offer comfort and character; two twin bedrooms, two king bedrooms and a master bedroom housing a super king bed, balcony with lake views and an en suite with freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Completing the accommodation is a family bathroom with a freestanding bath and twin sinks and an additional shower room.

The lakeside garden is ideal for alfresco dining and relaxation, featuring a dining table for ten guests, deckchairs, an outdoor shower and a private jetty for peaceful lake views.

 

 

What’s Included in Your Stay

Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.

In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

 

Additional Information

Pets are not permitted in this property, and all properties are non‑smoking. A £500 refundable damage deposit applies to this booking.

Check‑in is available from 4pm, and check‑out is by 10am.

Finding your Property
Overton Island is accessed via a mini bridge at the end of Wakeling Island, take the turning to the left and follow the road until you reach the 9th property on your left. There is plenty of parking outside the property on the driveway, with additional visitor spaces located nearby on the island.
