Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset.  Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.  

Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas.  Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.    

Overton Island is a newly completed village at Silverlake. Whilst this property is fully completed, there are still properties on the island and wider Estate that are undergoing various elements of construction. You may see and hear construction between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday.  Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. The ground floor of The Hideaway is a modern new style open plan kitchen, dining room and living area. Making evenings cosy couldn't be easier with the log fire as a central feature to the living room. The bright and spacious bedrooms are located upstairs with two double bedrooms, one with en-suite and a children's room with bunk beds. The accommodation is completed with a family bathroom located on the first floor.

We have styled The Hideaway to provide modern touches and homely comforts. We hope you have everything you need for your stay. But if there is anything you think we could improve on the property we would love to hear it.

 

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is 10am.

The property is self-catered. The house is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. A complimentary welcome pack that includes locally produced jam, teabags, hot chocolate sachets, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a pint of milk will be provided for your arrival as will a starter kitchen pack including a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, a teatowel, sponge and washing up liquid.  One toilet roll per bathroom is also provided to ensure you are equipped on your first day.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided. If you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

Pets are permitted in this property for a small surcharge. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing your 4 legged family members with you on holiday.

Our on-site bar The Hurricane Terrace offers drinks and snacks. Our pizza shack is open for pizza and tapas. Please contact The Terrace directly on 01305 819906 for opening times and to make a booking.

Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.

This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit.

Finding your Property
Your property is located on Overton Island which is accessed through Wakeling Island. After driving through Wakeling Island you will go over the bridge into Overton Island to follow the road around to come to The Hideaway.
