A wonderful place to escape with family or friends. This stunning property is unique in it's offering at Silverlake, with versatile bed set up to accommodate 10 adults plus a small sofa bed. Offering spacious accommodation spread over 3 floors, with signature open plan living and breath taking views towards the lakes. 

This fantastic space is ideal for a gathering of family or friends and fitted out to a very high standard, with thoughtful touches such as electric Velux windows and blinds and contactless phone charging built into the kitchen island.

The entrance porch leads through to the hall and cloakroom, with plenty of storage for outdoor clothing. Doors lead to the ground floor bedrooms and spacious kitchen dining area.  Step outside the patio doors from the kitchen/dining area to a large, decked area with modern rattan seating and dining furniture.  A perfect spot to unwind and dine in the sunshine.

The stunning living area is set on the first floor, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a cosy wood-burning stove and access to a large balcony and outdoor seating.  There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one twin room with ensuite bathroom and a king room with ensuite shower. There is a small, decked area to the rear of the property with access from sliding doors to both ground floor bedrooms. 

Two more super king bedrooms can be split into twin beds. Each bedroom on the first floor has either an ensuite shower or bathroom and a Juliette balcony. There is also a cosy children's playroom with a pull-out sofa bed (suitable for children only).

The top floor houses the impressive, penthouse-style master suite with a double bed, ensuite with bath and separate shower room.  The hallway leads on to a light-filled mezzanine room with panoramic views.

Outside there is a driveway with parking for several cars and the visitor car park is just a stones throw away. 

 

What’s Included in Your Stay

Your property is fully self‑catered and equipped to ensure you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a complete set of cutlery, crockery and essential cooking items. A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting for you, offering tea, coffee, milk and a sweet treat. You will also receive a starter kitchen pack containing a bin liner, tea towel, sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and a mini washing‑up liquid.

In the bathrooms, one toilet roll per bathroom is provided to get you started. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are included for all guests.

For families travelling with young children, a travel cot and highchair can be supplied for £10, subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot mattress and linen. If you have any allergies, please contact our office for further guidance.

Finding your Property
Your property is on the first village on the Estate, Beaumont Village. Follow the road to the bottom of the village, take the second turning at the mini roundabout and The Retreat (BV25) will be directly on your right.  There is a gravel driveway outside the property for several cars, you will see the key safe to the house by the front door of the property.
